About these terms

Vynd App AB provides Vynd, an app for planning, recording and sharing motorcycle rides. These terms explain the basic rules for using the service. Contact support@vynd-app.com for help, complaints or questions about these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data; agreeing to these terms is not consent to optional data uses.

Who can use Vynd

You must be at least 13. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian's permission to enter this agreement or use a feature, you need that permission. Being old enough to use Vynd does not automatically mean you may buy a subscription. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if someone else gains access to your account.

Ride safely

Set up the app before riding and use its controls only when safely stopped. Maps, suggested routes, navigation and measurements can be incomplete or wrong. Follow traffic law, signs and actual road conditions. Vynd cannot judge whether a road, manoeuvre or speed is safe for you. Nothing in these terms removes rights or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Your content and other people's privacy

You keep ownership of your posts, photos, videos, routes and other content. You give Vynd permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service to your chosen audience, including safety review. This does not transfer ownership to us. Share only material you have the right to share, and respect other people's privacy. Avoid exposing home addresses, private conversations or sensitive information about someone else. Others may copy or save material you share; we cannot recall their copies.

Creating a community does not give you a right to delete it. Communities remain when their creators leave or delete their accounts, subject to moderation. This does not prevent you from deleting your own content or exercising your privacy rights.

Community rules and moderation

Follow Vynd's Community guidelines available in the app and the rules of each community you participate in. Community owners and admins can set and update those rules in Community info. Community rules cannot override these terms, Vynd's guidelines or your legal rights. Do not use Vynd for harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, exploitation or sexual content involving children. You can report content or accounts in the app, block accounts, or contact support@vynd-app.com. Do not send us sexual images or videos involving children.

We use automated image/video screening and human review to help enforce the rules. We may hold or remove content, warn users, or restrict, suspend or close accounts for violations. Moderation notices give a public explanation of the decision. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support@vynd-app.com with the relevant notice or content reference. The inbox is not an emergency service.

Leaving and subscriptions

You may stop using Vynd at any time. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Account after verifying your identity, or request help by email if you cannot sign in. Confirmed account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone by signing back in. The Privacy Policy explains separate cleanup and retained records.

Deleting or losing access to a Vynd account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store where you subscribed. Any paid offer must provide its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation information before purchase; these basic terms do not replace that information or your consumer rights.

Service and terms changes

Vynd may need updates, maintenance or changes to keep the service working and secure. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature works on every device. We will explain material changes to these terms or the service in the app, including when they take effect. Where the law requires agreement or other rights for a change, those requirements apply. You may stop using the service and contact us about a change or complaint.
